Step 3: Property verification
After you’ve created your listing, our Host Relations team will be in touch with you. A team member will arrange a time with you to come onsite to verify your property on behalf of the tenant. This is to ensure the property is in a safe condition and in exact match with the photos uploaded.
Step 4: Await a booking!
Once verified, your listing will be advertised online. Sit back, relax, and expect to receive a booking from a student soon!
