Finding a perfect student home to live in can now be fulfilled with UniVoyage! Simply go to our rent page and start browsing your ideal student accommodation. It’s easy to book, safe and secure!
How does it work?
Just follow our simple steps below
Step 1: Create your student account
Create your online account for free. Within your online interactive Student Dashboard, you can save, reserve and book your chosen accommodation.
Step 2: Search a home
On our ‘Rent’ page, search and browse student accommodation close to your University/TAFE.
Step 3: Book Online
Once you’ve found your ideal accommodation, login to your account to book it!
After booking, expect to hear a confirmation from the host/landlord within 48 hours via email and SMS.
Step 4: Move in
Once you’ve heard back from the host, you have 24 hours to click ‘confirm booking’ in your account. Then get ready to move in on your chosen date. It is that easy!
Prior to moving in
Prior to moving into your booked property, you can always communicate with your host via your Student Dashboard or privately. It’s always important to communicate with your host to arrange a move in time and get to know each other.
On your move in date
On the day where you move in, you will sign a rental agreement with your host, as well as submitting the remaining Security Deposit and First Month Rent. Start to know the place well, get a good rest, feel at home and enjoy your stay!
After moving in
If you encounter any issues or have any questions after moving in, please feel free to get in touch with us! We are always ready to help.
During your stay
We will also be organising various social and travel events during each semester. These may include game ‘n’ movie nights, sporting events, road trips, camps and many more entertainments to get you active and involved! Choose what you like and we’d love to see you at any event and occasion. It’s always great to have some fun with your friends and housemates together to broaden your Uni life!

Additional services including airport transfer and house moving
Here at UniVoyage, we aim to look after you in every detail. If there are any other services you require such as airport transfer and house moving, we can also help. If you do require these services, please send an email to student@univoyage.com.au by indicating airport transfer or house moving in the subject title, we will then be able to arrange it for you.
Please note that currently these services have limited spots, please let us know at least one week in advance. To make it easier, our online booking system will be available in the near future. Stay tuned!
